If you are not satisfied with your first order of an Aroa product, contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the eligible purchase price.
- The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a specific product.
- It is limited to one refund per product per customer.
- For a single-bottle order, no return is required.
- For a multi-bottle order, keep the opened bottle and return unopened bottles to receive the approved refund.
- Shipping, handling, and optional shipping-protection charges are non-refundable.
Subscription orders
Renewal orders are not covered by the first-purchase guarantee. You may cancel or pause by emailing us before the renewal ships. Once shipped, a renewal may be returned only if it is unopened, subject to applicable law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop an order before shipment, but cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us promptly with your order number and photographs where available. We will replace or refund a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item at no added cost.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not send a return before receiving instructions from us.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and, where required, receipt of unopened returned bottles. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.
